How QR Payments Work

To accept payments via QR codes, businesses simply generate a unique QR code for each payment amount. YouCloud offers a user-friendly interface for creating customized QR codes, allowing businesses to include branding and relevant details for a seamless, branded customer experience.

After the QR code is generated, customers can easily scan it with their mobile device’s camera. This instantly directs them to a secure payment page where they can complete the transaction by entering their payment details.

The payment page shows the payment amount along with multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Customers can simply choose their preferred payment method, enter their details, and complete the transaction seamlessly.

After the payment details are entered, the transaction is processed securely with full encryption. YouCloud ensures that all payments are PCI DSS compliant and adhere to the highest security standards, safeguarding each transaction.

After the payment is processed, the customer receives a confirmation notification on their mobile device. The business also gets a real-time payment alert and can access detailed payment information and reports through their YouCloud account, keeping them informed and up-to-date on each transaction.
